Being a guest at Anchor lodge can be exciting plus being an
added advantage to your visit because there are so many
interesting places to see and numerous organised spicy
activities are available at your beck and call.
A variety of nite clubs, pubs, bars and cosy restaurants are
immediately within reach in the Yeoville suburb. We can arrange
visits to Casinos, Theatres, Art Galleries, Cinemas and the
exciting Johannesburg Zoo. If you want to spend a quiet time
doing research or just going through texts, there is also a
standard library facility within the Yeoville suburb.
There are also churches and mosques available within the
Yeoville suburb, not far from Anchor Guest lodge.
More extensive activities such as visits to wildlife areas
outside Johannesburg, for example National Kruger Park, notable
heritage places, historical museums, etc. can be arranged upon
sufficient notice. For that purpose we are able to arrange
airport transfers to and from the Lodge as well as secure
bookings hotels, guest houses or lodges anywhere in South
